I just tried out the new "Belmont St. Vegetarian Restaurant" (seriously... that's the name of the place!) In Worcester. The neighborhood it's in isn't the greatest, but the food is amazing, completely vegan and wicked cheap. It's a tiny little hole in the wall kind of take-out place (think Quan-Yin for you locals.) just wanted to recommend this restaurant! it's fairly new, i believe, and isn't very far from the weehawken ferry from ny. i was in nj for the holiday weekend visiting my folks, and today went out for lunch with some friends. su is a true pan-asian restaurant, with chinese, japanese, malaysian, thai etc dishes. everything we tried was delicious. I don't know why I haven't mentioned it before, but if you are in the STL area for any reason you MUST go to Terrene restaurant (terrene-stl.com) in the central west end.
